The automatic tilting ladder rack is the first in China to adopt a cylinder, featuring small size, light weight, low cost, high reliability, and ease of logistics.

Selection Guide

6-meter ladder rack: Available as a 6-meter manual single-rail ladder rack or a 6-meter pneumatic ladder rack (standard model).

15-meter ladder rack: Available as a 15-meter pneumatic ladder rack (standard model), 15-meter pneumatic ladder rack (ground-deploy model), or 15-meter pneumatic ladder rack (side-tilt model).

Technical Parameters

Ladder rack dimensions ≤ 1760 × 1400 × 850 mm.

Ladder rack unfolding and tilting angle: 48°–52°, tilts down from the roof ≤ 2.3 m (extension stroke ≤ 2.5 m).

The ladder rack body is made of aluminum alloy 6061, and the base is made of steel plate Q235A, with a process of galvanization followed by powder coating—total weight ≤ 160 kg.

The ladder rack is suitable for 6 m, 9 m, 12 m, and 15 m ladders.

Ladder rack equipment load capacity ≥ 100 kg.
